Paul's Tasty Fettucini Alfredo
| 4 | oz. | cream cheese |
| 1/2 | cup | grated parmesan cheese |
| 1 | cup | milk |
| 1/4 | cup | butter |
| 1/4 | tsp. | white pepper |
| 1/8 | tsp. | garlic powder (or more to taste) |
| 8 | oz. | fettucini cooked and drained |
| 2 | pinches | basil |
Cook fettucini till nearly done - the sauce only takes about 4 minutes to prepare once you've got the ingredients together. Mix all but basil in a medium sauce pan and cook on low heat (don't overheat, the sauce will scorch) until cream cheese is melted and the mixture is well blended. Stir liberally and make sure sauce is well mixed. When the sauce is finished, sprinkle on basil and stir in, removing from heat. Pour over fettucini hot and toss.
